androidmnz: Here's the homescreen I'm currently using. It's fancy widgets for the clock, desktop visualizer for the shortcuts which either link directly to an app or they launch a folder from folder organizer. Using minimalistic icons for the dock, switch pro widget for the toggle buttons. 

 


How did you get the dock to look like that? 
You need ADW or Launcher pro etc to be able to change the default icons of apps and then use an icon pack like these and away you go.
