tonyhughes: Siyah Kernel has Dual Booting options.

Could you Snapper/2D folk dual boot, with a Snapper/2D ROM just for the bus?

Does the bus have WiFi? You could try scripting a reboot when the bus pulls up.

Hmm, never thought of that. Good thinking.

I've PM'd a few Devs on XDA asking if they could include the OpenSIM Alliance API's in their ROM's but nothing back so far

Is it the OpenSIM Alliance API or Open NFC stack that needs to be implemented? I think the Open NFC stack needs to be implemented at kernel, not rom level.

Not sure but it would be good if everyone included it Smile

Just picked up a carbon fibre battery cover from ebay. $9 delivered. Got to say, adds a nice sexy factor to the device. Feels a little more sturdy as well. Recommend it.

Hey guys ive got a problem with storage. I have placed a few TV shows and also a movie on the SGS3 inbuilt memory. When I connect it to the computer through USB I cant see the files in the folders. However I know they are there because my remaining memory is low and they appear on the phone.

What to do...? Thanks

I can browse the folders that are on my phone from my pc, but there is nothing in the folders. At least my PC isnt showing anything in there. I know they are on the phone and I know where they are because I can play them on my phone and also I know where to find them to play them. My Files > SD Card > Movies etc.

How'd you get it delivered for so cheap? Do you use a special shipping option?

Hey guys, i bought a parallel imported samsung galaxy s3 from expert info tech back in august. Im still new to android and still clueless to how most things work. How do i update my software to jelly bean? i tried the 'software update' on the about device settings and it says no update, and on samsung kies it says "your device does not support software upgrading via kies"

I think my device came from france or belgium, because the instruction booklet is in french.

Info about device:

Baseband version: I9300XXLF2

Kernel Version:
3.0.15-671647-user
se.infra@SEP-74#1
SMP PREEMPT Tue Jun 5 04:08:30 KST
2012

Build Number: IMM76D.I9300XXALF2

Do i need to flash it or something? im using mac btw, so cant use odin.

Sorry if the question is abit dumb, i am honestly clueless and never that good with technology haha

Thanks in advance guys
