Syntax errors of communication

, posted: 10-Mar-2008 20:01

I have been thinking about the helpdesk people and the issues and stress around problems caused by syntax errors when communicating your problem. Caller calls IteamA, when it's known as ItemB. And all the time, the caller has to keep carm (without being rude or sarcastic or arrogant) with no internet and a 20min helpdesk wait to fix the issue and not to stress out on the loss of conectivity.

Moments silence for the help desk....
