Below is the email I have sent to Telstra clear, asking them to state their position regarding privacy of information.
it may not be the best worded email, but I think it asks clearly enough.
Attn: Senior Executive Team.
C/O: New Zealand Regional Management
I am writing to ask that telstraclear clarify their position, and that of their subsidary company clear net, regarding the recent announcement of the intention of NZFACT to commencing spying upon internet users, and looking for the co-operation of ISPs.
Will TelstraClear and the subsidary companies of, at any point share their customers details and information with a third party, without the consent of the customer and without a court order / Warrant?
Thank you in advance for your time.
