SBS 2003 to Windows Server 2008

The Plan.
Migrate from SBS 2003 to Server 2008 with a 2003 secondary domain controller (I know there's not supposed to be primary domains any more, but hey, while FSMO exists, the primary roles continues).

Hmmm tell me how are you going about doing that... I think SBS2003 is a bit more than I need, but I do need Exchange server.
Though on a side note, SBS2003's antivirus/antispam add-on are cheaper than getting Windows Server + Exchange Server package.
