Been a while since I've blogged... nothing much changed really.
Oh I'm in a geek job over summer which is Oarsome! building/repairing and selling computers at Atech computers in town which is tres cool.
Uni's alright... passing (not well mind but hey... C's get degress right? :P)
What else.. Oh tried to join the world of TV tuners, but as of yet my card is disallowing my entry. Not l33t enough I guess.
Other than that enjoying life! Looking forward to an xmas get together i (read the entire post)...

Geekzone Weekend Christchurch

Right a little late but better than never.
Went down to Christchurch for the pizza evening and decided to make a weekend of it so went Friday - Sunday and boy did I enjoy it!
The hotel So was pretty funky, even though for some reason we ended up having six people in it multiple times, and those rooms are not made for 6! The mood lighting switch in the bathroom is just funny and the lack of wifi ( thanks Chris) was a bit of a pain but hey.
On the Saturday we heade (read the entire post)...

Strange Itunes payment

So, was just looking at my credit card statement online tonight and I came across this:
02 Jul 04 Jul Itunes Nz 2 Nsw Au 0.02
I have no idea what this is for, as the last time I topped up my account was at least a month ago... So it wouldn't have been to make sure the card was actually legit or something like that, as I wasn't trying to buy anything from them
The amount is so small that I'm not going to do a charge back, but it still had me wondering.

Dominos Pizza's new Delivery Policy

Yes... its a domino's complaint again...
I just went to order some delivered pizza's from domino's, and was informed that if I wanted to pay by credit card I would have to pay an extra dollar because it is done by mobile units now. Yes it's only a dollar but I would not pay it! I don't think that I should be charged more just because they have decided to use mobile units, good on them for trying something new, but I will not pay more for it.
Now I must add one other thing, (read the entire post)...

My motorbike

So... My weeks been interesting
Last week I went for my basic handling skills on a motorbike - $300+ later I pass so it's all good and I start to look for a bike and plan to go for my licence too.
Being Easter the licence side was delayed until tuesday but I found the bike I wanted on friday, but had to wait until saturday to get the wof on it before I would buy it. Saturday came and it passed it's wof, perfect.... now the guy wanted the $2800 in cash... problem number 1 ar (read the entire post)...

Hey, just thought I'd mention - I was having a problem where I had just updated my bios settings on my computer and itunes had decided that I was using the account on a different computer than the one I had registered it with, not knowing what to do I went online and found a support number.

Right... well I feel that since I begun a blog I really am expected to at least blog more than once so here goes, my second blog.
As we all now know I work at Dick Smith and today I was discussing with my workmate the brands of lcd tv's. He was only really thinking about what we had in store but I told him if he was really serious go buy a samsung. Straight away another workmate chirped in saying why would he do that when sony are definitely the best.
