Orcon's account management area (login from the main orcon home page) at "orcres.cosmos.net.nz" has started sometime in the last month since I last used it refusing connections from my TelstraClear IP.
I have confirmed it seems to work ok from an Orcon connection, but not from my clear connection, which is a real pain because the orcon account is for a club, which I am treasurer for, but am physically distant from.
Is anybody else seeing this, or I wonder if they have for some reason firewalled only my IP.
I opened an email ticket, a couple of days ago.... no response.

We don't block access from any particular providers, however the system will block those IP addresses it thinks are attempting brute force logins. It is possible that your address has been blocked in this way for some reason.
If you can PM me your ticket ID I can get the developers to take a look at your ticket and investigate the issue further.
