US Judge Dale Kimball has ruled that Novell is the owner of the UNIX and UnixWare Copyrights. good summary up on The wonderful groklaw NZOSS's interp, includes some great metaphor of picking over the bones of what's left of sco., most notable the personal liabilities of the SCO CEO, and senior management.

Gosh... I really wish I had a shoulder for Daryl and his ilk to cry on, but they DID have it coming! You know ultimately the worst part is that several years ago I had to do a SCO install and that damn thing worked really nicely... It's complete stiff cheddar for a good product to have dolts in charge of it. I have also used Caldera in the past and it too was quite a nice product.... To bad SCO is a complete moron! Good bye and good riddens!

I'd also like to watch SCO management cry.
