new laptop arrived

my shiny new lenovo has arrived - after 35 days of waiting.
It's happily running Edgy Edft, and fluxbox.

bluetooth worked outta the box, and i took a photo on my phone and bluetoothed it -- however the wifi card is so new, not even (read the entire post)...

As of Monday, Debian's Etch edition is now labelled as stable.

This means that the versions of all the software bundled with it won't change - They'll get security updates and bug fixes, but they won't get upgrades.. That makes it a nice (read the entire post)...

Checking out Mobile Number Portabilty

I did a search of Voda's website for their Mobile Number Portability compliance

looks like they've excluded prepay.. Voda only allows you to port if you choose an OnAccou (read the entire post)...

The other two appear to run solaris and freebsd.

"Windows Server 2003" first appears @ number 11, and again @ number 19.

things it has:wireless (802.11b/g)bluetooth (2.0)quad GSM (so gsm anywhere)EDGE2Mpix camera, so i guess MMS + video messaging

and then my host said no more! i was pulling down the whole server.

the system i use -

if it's an RSS feed, i'm reading it with google reader, and the nifty "Next" bookmarklet, in opera at either work or home. Sometime i view the mobile version with the Palm or the Nokia t (read the entire post)...
