Someone with the talent, passion and desire to persist in being the best for so long, has to be a good role model in anyones books.
He will be missed.

Peter Brock was a legend and an idol of our families for years. He was a respected and very friendly man who was always approachable no matter what situation he was in. My family went to see Brocky personally at Targa in Tasmania. Afterwards we went to the Burnie carpark complex to get an autograph. We waited for hours to see him and I stated to him that we had collected a whole set of his plates and he said he would like to see them. Brocky gave us the name of where he was staying and gave us permission to meet him there. We went home and picked up all our plates and came back. Brocky gave us about an hour of his time and even brought lollies for our children. He signed each plate and made comments on them like "Follow your dreams and Enjoy llfe". Brocky was and will always be a true legend and a really down to earth bloke. " RIP Brocky"
