Good Recovery II

, posted: 31-Aug-2006 13:45

Following the previous episode of "Good Recovery" regarding TelstraClear's customer service with my faulty Vodafone Mobile Connect card, I finally received a new VMC card from Teresa (sincere thanks towards your great customer service).

I have returned the VMC card which TCL loaned to me during the "blackout" period to cover my paid service. TCL also included the courier back for me to return it in (Excellent!).

Although HSDPA is on the brim of launching soon, however my request for HSDPA VMC card was turned down. No worries, at least I have now got a new VMC card to continue my normal usage. :-)

I do hope that from now on TCL will take good card of their customers and listen and answer to their customers' needs and request ASAP, regardless whether the party is a residential or business customers. The golden rule is, if your customers (regardless what type of customers) are not happy with the customer service, your business is on the risk of losing these valuable customers to the competitors.

Let this be a lesson learned on how to provide a satisfying customer service.

"Treat others as you would like to be treated."

"If you provide a good will to others, you shall be returned with many fold of greatness."
