SD vs miniSD vs microSD

, posted: 10-Oct-2006 17:13

I am slimming down the number of devices that I soon will be getting... maybe in 2-3 weeks time. I am pretty much "settling" on JasJam for HSDPA PocketPC + mobile modem for laptops/umpc, and looking at getting a cheap SP5 for my daily phone usage. Why do I need two? well because I will be sharing the JasJam with my partner if/when we need to carry it out for our mobile modem/data connection with our laptop. Now, looking at memory types to get is a headache. all devices use different type. Digital Camera is on SD, SP5 is miniSD and JasJam is microSD. I thought there was a memory/adapter that offers microSD->miniSD->SD. And actually saw that few months back... if anyone seen this or know where to get it, could you please let me know?

I found the Kingston 1GB microSD Card with miniSD Adapter and SD Adapter at meritline.com for 14.95... considering the adapter alone is 5.99 elsewheres this is a great deal :)
