, posted: 27-Nov-2006 22:13

YAY! Got my JasJam finally... will have fun over the next few days... and installing useful softwares/applications/tools for use... So far I have removed all Imate Suite, and CA eTrust Antivirus. But how do you remove that @clubimate? I am planning to install Opera Mobile 8.6 and getting Jeyo Mobile Extender to use with MS Outlook for my SMS backup etc. Any other suggestion for softwares? What about that "close"? Hope to hear some suggestion... p/s: must get 2GB microSD...

Check MagicButton (www.trancreative.com) for the "Close". But why Opera? Why not Access NetFront?

Yes definitely netfront browser-I give rave reviews of it. Newsbreak Pocket Informant pocket IRC skype spb time What other categories of stuff you need Chiefie??

I haven't tried Access NetFront, have always been using Opera on mobile devices and it works great! I may give it a try on Access NetFront (is there a trial version?) I may get Pocket IRC, Newsbreak (RSS reader?), Resco Explorer i think... I haven't use a PocketPC for a long time so can't remember what I must have... moving back to PocketPC from Smartphone2 is kinda like relearning/rediscovering the workflow on PocketPC. Anyhow, my JasJam has a newer ROM/Radio ROM/Ext ROM than what Imate has listed for WorldWide English on their support site. p/s: how do you take screenshot from pocketpc?
