Geekzone Moving Servers in October
Posted on 9-Sep-2005 19:22 by M Freitas | Tags Filed under: Blog

We had several proposals after our posting on moving our servers. I would like to say thanks to the following companies for their efforts and help during our selection process (in alphabetical order):

  • ICONZ
  • Kiwihosting.net
  • Rackspace
  • Xiolink

We have decided the hosting provider and server hardware/software that will keep Geekzone running for the next couple of years.

We expect to start running server tests on or about 10 October 2005, with this domain being moved on or about 17 October.

Thanks again to these companies, and friends and readers who suggested other options.
