Anyone else had this?

I can get it to work if I add entries in my hosts file for the records queried when trying to play a video.

Very clever Sky, but not quite clever enough ;)

Maybe having unotelly enabled (with certain other regions enabled) precludes Sky Neon from working.
Sometimes turning on some other regions in Unotelly disable others.

e.g. When you enable the "channel 2" option and set it to UK TV it stops TVNZ from working.

Unotelly should be able to sort it for you. If you let then know in their support forums they should be able to set up another channel

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

Unblock U.S. has a problem as well. I get the impression, that a service they support is the same backend as neon (tvnz used to share a backend -brightcove - with an Irish and Canadian channel).

Most like a similar problem.
