Emails various to Sky usually result in them 'resetting' my device count after about 48hrs but the same problem then happens after 3 more log-ins! Not to mention that I have obviously missed out on the sporting event I wanted to watch!
This problem occurs whilst travelling in NZ but seems even more problematic when overseas - and even worse Sky seems to have got smarter about VPNs as my paid VPN (with a NZ server) also now gets geo blocked (if I ever manage to log-in on my 'new' device!)
Have others had similar issues and encountered a way to solve them? Sky's responses to complains is the all to familiar "Sky Go is a complimentary service to our customers rather than a paid service in of itself. Accordingly, if it doesn't work as promised then we don't really care!" (not actual response but close enough!)
