Any suggestions for a mobile phone that is email capable but with no camera,

for a specific business site?

Preferably NZ locally obtainable, for 'a few hundred' dollars?

I have no particular O/S preferences.

I have heard that some Blackberries have that specification, but I cannot find one.

Even used in good condition would be okay.

Suggestions are welcomed please.

Could you not just disable the camera with an MDM solution?

Here's a list of android ones, though sourcing them here might be harder.
Conversely, buying one cheaply on Trademe which has a 'broken' camera and likely it will be very cheap because of that!

I'd just buy a used Android phone, disassemble it and remove the two cameras. Reasonably easy to do, depending on the model.
