hey all, this is my first posting here, i'm sorry, i have a bad english.

okay, straight to the point, i need assistance with my cell phone (Nokia 6585 CDMA)
since yesterday, suddenly my cell phone lost its 'create message', 'sent items', and 'message setting' MENU.
i don't have any idea with it. i haven't done anything yet. i just ask my friend, and he says i have to reset my N6585.
can anyone give me a solution?? maybe codes or anything else?? or should i just go to the CS and let them repair it??

if 'restore factory settings' in the settings menu doesnt work, you will need to return to CS for service. Sounds like the phone had a hiccup of some sort?
