Has anyone experienced any performance issues since Netflix launched in NZ?

Since then I've noticed frequent bitrate drops to 480 or 288, whereas previously once initial buffering finished I was streaming solid 1080...

I'm running a Roku 3 (wired) on a Bigpipe 100/20 UFB plan, speedtests have shown 30Mbps + download during times I see these performance hits.

I'm on bigpipe vdsl 30/10. Streaming in HD simultaneously from computer and amazon TV with no issue.

I'm on Spark VDSL and usually have at least 1 or 2 ipads plus chromecast all streaming simultaneously without issue

That said running straight through NZ server picture is perfect 99.9% of the time, when running through Unotelly the quality starts low then quickly comes right and sometimes it can drop mid program for a few seconds at a time but overall very watchable

Am not aware of any issues with Bigpipe streaming.

to clarify, are you talking about streaming Netflix US content, via Unotelly,  or Netflix NZ content (with unotelly switched off).

Are you able to use other HD video streaming services e.g. lightbox, youtube, etc?

I view Netflix US via dns4me over bigpipe vdsl and have no issues at all. Same for bbc iplayer.

Streaming US content via Unotelly, other streaming services fine (Amazon Instant, YouTube etc),
