Some of you may be aware that Dns4me was the creation of a Kiwi programmer (Jason Kenah) who is now living in Sydney. Geekzone members assisted us with testing and providing feedback during our Beta testing phase in the last 5 months of 2014.   Since coming out of Beta in late December 2014 we have added many DNS and Proxy Servers (we now have DNS servers in 8 countries and Proxy servers in 26 countries).  We now support 22 Netflix regions. We allow you to have 3 IP addresses (Zones). You can have up to 20 Custom domains and use our DNS logger to help create your own service overrides. We have a Host file generator that allows you to generate your own host file and we support Dynamic DNS . We have also introduced Multi Currency payments through PayPal with 7 Currencies being supported - the New Zealand Dollar being one of those.

To say a big thank you to our existing members and previous Beta testers, we ran an Easter Madness campaign which gave customers an extra 10% off the already low Facebook like price. The response was overwhelming.

We now want to expand this to our geekzone friends and have implemented a coupon for use when subscribing.  Just input 'geekzone' into the coupon code area and apply it. With the geekzone coupon and Facebook like, the monthly subscription fee is only NZ$2.42 or for 12 months NZ$22.25

Already a current subscriber - no problem, we haven't forgotten how important you are to us.  If you want to lock in these prices for your next subscription renewal date, just cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe using the geekzone coupon code.  When your subscription renews it will be at the reduced amount. Don't forget that you can select one of 7 currencies to pay with.

We are going to be running this promotion until the end of May 2015.

Great, thanks for that the resubscribe went fine with the coupon code.

I won't be giving up US Netflix in favour of NZ Netflix anytime soon !!

Heads up, we have just added HBO Now support, so on top of our super cheap prices you can now gain access to HBO.

Cool. I'm currently using Unotelly and I think the 8 days trial is expiring soon... So this could be a good chance to give this service a try. Is there a NZ-based DNS server?

There is but depending on your router you can use their hosts file and keep using your providers DNS. I've posted a guide (for OpenWRT) here: http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=151&topicid=171173

I have PlexConnect, and I'm only ever going to use this on AppleTV which all are pointing to the PlexConnect server/PMS so all good with the DNS setup part.

Cheers for this.

Just cancelled Sky so this a good option for UK services.
