So it appears that since the latest Apple TV app update we can no longer open the lightbox app at all.
It just sits on the main yellow title screen with the spinning wheel below the logo.
Tried deleting and reinstalling the app but no difference.
Apple TV is up to date on tvOS 11.1.

Strange - can you confirm the app version number you have installed? And I presume you're on a Gen 4 Apple TV? Or is it a 4k?

Just a Gen 4 Apple TV.

How do I find the app version number?

As I said I did delete it and download it again from the app store last night, so I assume that would be the latest version?

I have been having trouble with the iphone app over the last week, where it won't complete loading past the splash page, and has a white popup box that says , you're office, please check your internet connection and try again, even though I am connected via wifi. When I try to refresh it the same thing happens. Also I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but still get the same error. No problems with other apps.

@CYaBro

Hmm yeah it should have updated the app to the latest version on delete/reinstall. Very strange. I think you can see the version you have installed if you search for Lightbox in the App Store on the device...scroll to the bottom under Information (should be 2.4.3)

@mattwnz

Which model iPhone are you using? And can you let me know which version you're running (look in bottom left of hamburger nav menu)

iPhone 5s using latest version of iOS 11. I can’t access the menu as it is stuck on the yellow splash screen but it will be the latest version as I redownloaded it today.

Thanks. I suspect it may have been after the most recent IOS update 11.1.2, as that seems to be around the date it stopped working.

Hemi88: It seems to be working again for me

Still not working here. :(

Lightbox Support got me to delete the app again and power off the Apple TV.
Then reinstall and try again but didn’t help.
Don’t even get the login screen, just stuck on the yellow title screen with the spinning wheel.
