Ireland, hard to say how good they are. They have nice results, but nothing startling. Two wins in AUS now doesn't look world beating, but its the only real guide. What you will get is passion.
The second win in Australia was razer thin margin as well. A couple of reffing decisions that went in their direction would have made the difference easily.
I do think that as discussed before, there is an element of a certain type of game not suiting some teams. Occasionally I play one guy in squash, he has a terrible win record and is rated really pretty low in the rankings, however I've never beaten him even though I should easy win every game/match. He plays a type of game I find really hard to get any fluidity in and he is really super unpredictable.
