I would have normally agreed if they had a third halfback to take. That's the problem.

If they do take a third halfback then SBW might not rack up the airpoints.....

They will Balance out who they want and what they need to cover. I believe slade can even cover halfback, but even at that they will take 3.

Slade is going, considering the number of positions he can cover.

SBW likely to go, he is injured and has been for a while, no-one plays well injured. He should have gone off in the game against Aussie. IF he is fit to play, I'll bet he is on the plane, though I'd happily take Crotty who is Mr Reliable.

IF they take a third Half Back it should NOT be TKB, BW would be a better choice based on form.

Just read on stuff today, apparently SH may go unconventional. 3 Hookers is a given, but may not take 3 halfbacks.

this much I can say. RM won't get 80 minutes every match. he's not 26 anymore.

Do they leave dagg or jane behind and lose that massive experience and skillsets?does slade or sopaga miss out?
Alot of decisions.thrush will likely miss out which sucks because hes better then romano and is always always consistent and gives his all

just reminded myself of how many flyhalves played in the last RWC. maybe they won't take 4. but i bet SH has 5 on the call cards and a phone call every 3 days to the ITM cup coach

EXACTLY. Slade has filled in 12/13 for the Crusaders on occasion. It's not ideal, but he can do it.

The All Blacks have been hit win a A$2000 fine as a result of Liam Messam's involvement in an on-field dust-up during New Zealand's Bledisloe Cup hammering of the Wallabies on Saturday night.

Dagg should be taken along for the pure awesome he showed in the new AIR NZ MIB Video. Best Video yet.

I see he has been sent back to play ITM, unsure what this means for his chances. I still feel he has a reasonable shot, but less so than a few weeks ago perhaps.

Interestingly in a fairly large group of Chiefs Supporters last night there wasn't a single person who preferred SBW over Crotty

Heh you don't think the fact LM wades into a scrap he knows he has no business being part of, costing the NZRU $2000 should play a part in his selection? Plenty has been made of his tendency to over aggressiveness this year. He is a good player, but his anger is a huge liability.

We have players equal to him without the angry attitude.

Obviously though you fail to have seen it, the MIB Comment was a bit of light hearted fun.

No the selection of a RWC team should not be decided on the water boy defusing a punch up.. Yes dumb, but the conclusions you have reached based on this is lunacy. When has he had problems with anger? He has had issues this season with fringe play, and being repeatedly penalised.

PS Daggs rapping is about as good as his form this year. Given your comment about the last 2 weeks, and and the fact he hasnt played in those 2 weeks, the only reasonable conclusion is that you have realised he has been surpassed by other players. Welcome aboard the sane train.
