My anti jet lag tip is to drink all the booze. I know 99% of travel experts and medical professionals disagree with this strategy, but I swear by it. I then sleep like a baby and wake up feeling perfect at the other end!
Agreed, I did a completely unscientific experiment on one return trip to Europe and found that being mildly hungover and dehydrated on arrival was a whole heap better than being sleep-deprived.
Recently I've used sleeping tablets - take one tablet when the after-dinner movie has about an hour to run then enjoy 6-7 hours of sleep before landing.
