... Here is the strange thing though - according to CNN "McCabe did not keep a copy of his memos after turning them over to Mueller, the source confirmed". That is VERY strange

Mueller is in possession of Andrew McCabe's memos documenting his conversations with Trump and Comey

Special counsel Robert Mueller is in possession of several memos from former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe documenting his conversations with President Donald Trump and then-FBI director James Comey.
The memos could go a long way in bolstering Mueller’s obstruction case against Trump.

But more importantly, the memos’ very existence is significant because it indicates McCabe believed his conversations with Trump were problematic enough to warrant documentation, in case he later had to testify about them in court.

McCabe was one of three top FBI officials whom Comey apprised of his conversations with Trump while he was FBI director. McCabe’s memos, some of which document his conversations with Comey about Trump, could serve as a way to corroborate Comey’s account of his interactions with the president, thereby bolstering the obstruction case against Trump.

McCabe’s and Comey’s memos are not, in and of themselves, admissible evidence in court. Rather, their significance stems from their very existence.

FBI agents are trained to compile detailed memos of conversations immediately after the fact so that they can be as accurate as possible, according to former federal prosecutor Renato Mariotti.

Those memos can later be used to refresh their memory in the event that they have to testify about the conversations during a trial.

The New Yorker - Donald Trump and the Craven Firing of Andrew McCabe

If you wanted to tell the story of an entire Presidency in a single tweet, you could try the one that President Trump posted after Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired Andrew McCabe, the deputy director of the F.B.I., on Friday night.

Every sentence is a lie.
Every sentence violates norms established by Presidents of both parties.
Every sentence displays the pettiness and the vindictiveness of a man unsuited to the job he holds.

The firing of McCabe, and Trump’s reaction to it, has moved even such ordinarily restrained figures as John O. Brennan, the former director of Central Intelligence, to remarkable heights of outrage.

Brennan tweeted on Saturday:

The haunting question, still very much unresolved, is whether Brennan’s confidence in America’s ultimate triumph is justified.

And if those memos mysteriously vanish? I still don't understand why he did not keep a copy. Maybe they are not that important after all? Maybe CNN have got it wrong?

I don't think there's a single verifiable fact in Trump's latest tweet storm.  Not one.

Q. Why does the Mueller team have 13 hardened Democrats, some big Crooked Hillary supporters, and Zero Republicans?

A. Mueller is Republican.

Based on all the noise and bluster from Trump this weekend, I wouldn't be surprised if this is the week that he finally makes his move to have Mueller fired. When this happens, it will be very interesting to see how America as a whole reacts to this.

Comey and McCabe were also Republicans.

4Chan, The_Donald, Breitbart etc use the acronym "RINO" (Republicans In Name Only) to deride Republicans who put truth ahead of blind loyalty to the idiot in chief.

I really hope Muller has a dead man switch prepared for this situation.

Very much so. All his antics have remained as antics, the suggestions by some here including me of an early departure seemed to have dried up. But he is stockpiling the straws, the camel is probably noticing it. The past year has shown many concerns, but he has been secure as POTUS. Should this latest issue escalate, his security as POTUS will decline exponentially. There is a line that he will exceed in the Constitution at some point, and then the daggers will come out from the GOP, if they want to win the next election they need a regular/standard/normal POTUS before then. #otherwiseitstoast

Probably much the same as when a minority - but a significantly large minority - elected Trump in the first place.  About 40% will cheer loudly in praise of their strongman emperor. Of the remaining 60% some will march. Inevitably there will be some violence or damage somewhere, and even if that's incited by red-hat wearing thugs, that'll be used to "prove" that all liberals are bad, and there'll be a strong push to find ways to crush future dissent.

What's needed is for Republican politicians who still believe in justice to do the right thing.

Sadly, possibly the same way they reacted to him refusing to release his tax returns. It will quickly become old (almost forgotten) news. And I mean SADLY!

I am almost becoming convinced that Americans seem to enjoy living in a state of chaos.

If it were me, I would be making 100% sure that all the info I had collected was shared with interested state AGs, such as the New York state AG. As I understand it, due to Wall Street, New York state has a lot of very similar financial crimes on the state law books as the federal ones. That means that if Mueller is fired, and/or Trump decides to pardon himself and all his friends for federal crimes, they can all still be done for crimes in NY. It would be hilarious to see NY seize Trump Tower.
