I'm aware that there Paul Brislen does some good work here, he's pretty much the Horse's Mouth as far as VFNZ News and Info goes so don't expect anything from me that you won't get from him.

I'm largely here to pickup anything I can in the way of our Customer Service Experience and pass it down the line.
