I Just want to compare other peoples telecom speed
I live in Upper Riccarton, Christchurch. I am on Total Home Lite, and these our my speedtest.net results 


 
I get better results on this server, than I do on the Christchurch server

It's probably pay to read the large number of virtually identical threads on here that discuss this very issue.

Asking people to post speed tests results to "compare them" is a bit like asking people to cut pieces of string and then commenting that every piece of a different length. DSL speeds will vary depending on your distance from the cabinet or exchange, and more imporantly, the quality of your internal home wiring and whether you have a master filter installed.

International speeds can also be affected by your operating system and the latency which can affect TCP/IP throughoput.
