matkins111: If there is someone out there on standard Telecom xDSL who could try browsing to checkip.dyndns.comand see whether they get an address in the 210.55.212.x range, that would be appreciated.

I get my wan ip address not a cache address Telecom ADSL2+ in Auckland.

I've just started having this problem too.
Some sites, especially those using cloudfare are reporting the wrong IP and think I'm behind a known proxy.

Each time I refresh it says I'm connecting from a random IP in the 210.55.212.0/24 subnet

Can you please PM me a list of sites where you can reliably reproduce this problem. (Prefer exact pages for ease of replication)

Cheers -N

It's actually stopped happening - I requested that this post be reopened on Saturday the 6th.  At the time there were two sites (one which required registration) and the other was http://whatismyipaddress.com/ hitting F5 was bringing up a different IP each time.

I rebooted by VDSL router and it kept happening, but not happening anymore though - will keep an eye on it.

Where about in NZ are you located? I'm down in Lower Hutt and compared the IP address reported by http://whatismyipaddress.com/ to what my router says and they both match up (btw I'm on VDSL).
