I'm having trouble with just my regular Yahoo/Spark email. I can get the account to open in Chrome, but it will only load the first 20 or so emails in the side list. Clicking on an email shows nothing. At the bottom right is a mini-popup that says, "Taking too long? Load Basic mail" which contains a link. Clicking the link does nothing.
I just tried again and am getting a message that says -
Very frustrating experience as there seemed no easy way to find out what the problem was except to await a call back that was estimated at an hour. Not much help when you are waiting to board a flight.
Agree that there needs to be information available so that you don't spent pointless time rechecking/reentering passwords etc. Also although some time back I had been given instructions in how to sort out password issues by logging into the business hub and my account I found yesterday that I could not access the login page as it timed out many times and then when I did get to it, the login attempt timed out. Also the webmail access login option page was extremely slow to load and again never did manage to login successfully.
Their business help line was for Mon - Friday, business hours but many businesses work and need to be able to work 24/7 these days. Not good for a business service that you pay for.
My email still isn't working quite right either. I hadn't had anything come into my inbox since 9:40am, and I thought, that can't be right (it was around 9.30pm when I checked it). Eventually it updated, and i saw that i had had emails come in at around 6pm, 8pm, and 9pm, but they hadn't show up.
Not sure what is up with it.
I can't seem to load any emails older than a day, either. I get the spinning wheel, then a message "We’re sorry, but there appears to be a problem loading the email "[email name]".
