A little bit of help pelase.

VDSL was 30/10 when I joined Spark, now 10/6....

Are the FEC and CRC error rates below a concern?

I was told they now do vectored VDSL, has this made a difference?

There are core issues tonight due to a major Chorus fibre cut so take any performance (in terms of IP level latency or throughput) this evening with a grain of salt.

The VDSL sync dropoff however will be due to either a line deterioration (in our out side of your house) or may be related to changes Chorus have made to VDSL to improve it for most (but yes, it hurts some people).

If you don't have a master splitter, you should absolutely get one installed.

Cheers - N

Notice dsl uptime is 21 days. Have you tried just bouncing the connection at your end?

Vectoring has nothing todo with this.

Latency will be as @talkiet has noted.. unrelated to sync rate issue.

Those error rates are bugger all.

How is your modem plugged in? is it possible you have changed cables when you switched modem?
