They are breaking the law buy telling people that. Its now an offense to mislead people re CGA rights .

 

Unfortunately, management of so many companies(Incl where Ive worked) have a total disregard for the CGA . They make policies that go against the CGA & dont bother to train staff re the CGA

 

 

 

 

Was the stores 2IC, and Ray was told this on two interactions with him, but as Ray does not want to make a fuss, and that (as he puts it) he has more money in the bank than anyone instore combined would acquire in their working lifetime, he can not be bothered over a $400 phone!

I don't think they have the resources to look into all issues  that are reported to them according to their website. I reported an issue to them recently to them and didn't get any reply of acknowledgement, and they also don't act in individual cases.
