Hmm weird, though I think they use anycast so you end up on a DNS node closest to you

Thank you everyone for the good examples of records failing.  I can confirm that this would appear to only be impacting 210.55.111.1 and not 122.56.237.1

I will get this sorted pronto.

Dave.

Yes and no.  We did some route engineering to ensure that while the primary DNS server should be the closest one, the secondary may be a little further away.

If you have hard coded your DNS you might have your primary set as the one that is further away and your secondary is closer.

Issue should be resolved now. Let me know if you're still having issues. Thanks

Can someone at Spark check if routing to Disneyplus is going through some issues?

It seems as of lately that the DisneyPlus app on my tv was getting stuck on the loading screen.

Tried to access the website on my PC, stuck again, would not load the login screen, it would just time out.

Tried with NordVPN on US server, it opens the login screen and I can browse and watch everything.

There are no errors displayed, just the time out message after it tries loading the login page.

I am using a Netgear Orbi RBR 50 with two satellites VLAN tagged to the fibre ONT with default Spark DNS servers.

Disney+ is working fine me, and can't see any evidence of issues in regards to delivery of Disney+ in our network.

I can log out and log back into Disney+ and can watch videos.
