When my log-in problem occurred recently I happened to check my Spam folder at Xtra mail. It was set to auto delete and I changed it to once a week just to see what was going there. To my surprise I found a lot of genuine emails suddenly going to the Spam folder. They had been arriving OK until the log-in problem occurred. Also at the same time my Home page address changed back and forth a couple of times. No info from Xtra on what was going on and any queries just indicated it was a problem at my end. Yeah right. Some genuine mail is still being diverted to Spam Folder (including the Geekzone Postings notifications).

Found the same thing - reply notifications were being classified as spam.  A simple click of the "this is not spam" button fixed it.

I think they've made some changes to their Spam system.  I used to get up to 100 Spam in my Xtramail Spam folder a day and several used to make it through to outlook.  Lateley I'm lucky if I get anything downloading, and there are only a couple a day in Xtramail Spam folder.  But I have had genuine emails going to Spam folder too (such as Vodafone E-Bill).  Maybe thay have turned up the aggression and blocked some mail servers?
