i was looking at the telecomwholesale site and it shows that vdsl is supposedly available in my street. I was on adsl and recently had adsl2 but if vdsl2 is shown can i ask or get it connected or activated . thanks

Your stats are pretty much meaningless because they presumably weren't done with a master filter installed (which is a requirement for a VDSL2 install). You need to ring what ever ISP you want to go with and get them to do a Telecom prequalificaton check.

splitter installed where line enters property is that what you were refering to as a master filter (ie there are no line filters on the jackpoints)

Is it a VDSL one?

You still need to get a prequalification check done as the first step.
