Im not sure if this is meant to be a new post or not??

I also got an email about the $20 per month credit due to TC being unabel to provide 10mbps.

My bill has a credit for $19.99, I called TC and they were unaware of any email informing us of the $20 credit and that they would have to get back to me during the week.

I've posted about this before, but for not receiving the $20 credit. I am going to call them and ask why.

Their contact people should know about this letter - it was even discussed here and AFAIK internally they linked to our discussion as an example of "good move". I guess their contact centre doesn't receive e-mails...

I also was sent the email and not credited. After contacting them I was told it would be credited on the January bill

Just incase i am not the onyl one who is getting a 1cent variance, here is their reasoning...

Thank you for your email. I have looked into both your billing and our billing history for you and it appears that both are different. This is most likely due to the GST rounding on accounts which can affect balances by a few cents. I will keep an eye on your account over the next few months while we work on the High Speed issue and credit the balance missing from the $20.00 credit once the issue has been resolved. This is because it is difficult to apply a credit for 1c on accounts.
