Its already part of their overhead charges. Has been since day one!!!.
They should be offering a discount to get an email account rather than duplicate charging for paper based invoices.
Just another way to gouge.

You obviously have an internet connection and you're connected online. Is it really that difficult to click on a link to download your statement?
Query: If Vodafone had included a front page note with your last statement saying, "we're moving to online billing, otherwise you'll be charged $1.50 for a paper statement" in clear writing, would that have made you happier?
