tardtasticx: $1.50 per bill posted.
90c to send a letter now IIRC, so that means 60c is spent to print each bill at most?
I think I remember my last Vodafone bill being like 3 pages and most was black and white, so how does a company with hundreds-of-thousands/millions of customers (talking about the ones that receive bills, not prepay customers) not have a bulk deal of some sort for printing, as well as a bulk deal for posting of letters? Now I understand there will be wages to take into account but I really doubt it would take that much especially if you're outsourcing the job to another company who probably packs and delivers the letters to NZ post as well.
Disclaimer: Not with Vodafone. Spark stopped paper statements quite some time ago and I was unhappy but soon got over it, since stopped most other statements too. I don't really care, just interested why Voda and Spark charge such steep fees.

If no fee was charged, my bet is hardly anyone would bother to change, rendering the whole exercise (mostly) pointless.
stocksp: So the question is - why is the consumer being charged extra to receive a paper bill rather than having a discount for paying online - and why was it communicated in such an appalling PR fashion?
richms: It seems some people use the presence of a paper bill to remind then to pay. So these people expect all customers to pay towards their disorganization.
21brandon21: One thing that needs to be looked into is why the late payment fee is increasing to $17.25? I personally pay my bill on time, but this is excessive isn't it? In my opinion $10 is reasonable but increasing it. Damn.

Misleading - why don't you show the front of the bookmark with the big text rather than the back? When I get a chance I will post.
Why not just say -' yes - we could have been more upfront'?.
And what are the estimated savings to VF cf then$45 k cap on contributions to books for kids. Why cap at all?
Getting more annoyed with VF by the minute
TimA: This thread is full of De Ja Vu,

John pointing out that its a mountain of a mole hill.
The same $1.50 dispute thread again.
KiwiNZ being humorous with John :)
I personally dont like any paper in my mailbox. My news paper hole thing is crammed with papers so no more can fit. And i have "No newspapers, No advertising" on my mailbox. Still doesnt stop them trying. So i yelled at one postie once and never had an issue with that one again :).
