Anyone else here lost internet connectivity on Vodafone Cable? I have all lights on on my cable modem but no internet access (in Riccarton, Christchurch). I see others in Hornby, Christchurch on the VF Facebook page experiencing the same issue.
Nothing on their faults page.
Currently on-hold, but a message says that due to system errors they are unable to action many requests today, and high call volumes etc
I am in Beckenham on cable, was out for about 40 minutes and back up 10 mins ago.
Tried calling in but ended up a call centre overseas where the first person I spoke to did not believe I was a Vodafone customer. He finally put me onto someone else who knew what I was talking about and transferred me to the correct call centre.....who had still not answered when it came back up.
