I have a client who is still on Paradise.net email and has just upgraded to Office 2016. Coincidentally since that upgrade she hasn't received any email. I have done a bunch of test send and receives and nothing, logged into webmail and nothing either.

Anyone else having issues?

Send and receive works fine and the messages are in the sent box but noting is going between Microsoft 365 and Paradise. She has received some gmail emails but the test email I sent to and from Microsoft 365 haven't been received or arrived.

I think they might have changed POP3 or SMTP settings recently, as my Outlook stopped sending a while back.

Try using https://www.paradise.net.nz/webmail/ to test. Our work emails we still occasionally have issues with odd one (paradise as well) but heaps going in and out ok atm.

 

EDIT - whoops missed you had tried that. We have 8 paradise email address for work all going fine no settings needed to be changed for us. One person only uses Outlook but they are not on latest version. Hope thats some help as I would lean to Outlook 2016 as issue.

A customer of ours using outbound smtp.clear.net.nz for some copiers is having similar issues. When calling Vodafone, they mentioned there is currently a fault there affecting most Clear customers - might be related to this Paradise issue as well?
