My wife gets back from a business trip this evening, if these issues are still continuing and it would be a miracle if they were not then I believe come Monday I will be looking for a new ISP after a very long time with Vodafone.
Why has everyone complaining about this not just done that already!!
It must be exhausting doing all these tests and talking to poor tier 1 csr's to get no where.
...also I don't see the point of 1Gbps plans because the use case is just sooooooo minute.
