on saturday I phoned 777 and asked to change my plan to easy 20
this was done, and the woman said if i want to change i have x days to change back without it costing me to change. I then said its ok, with family and this new plan I am set. To which she replied, oh your family is cancelled as it doesnt go with the easy plans.
I was like NO please I need family, she said i have to change back ( with a huge huff in my ear ) so I said yes please
She said oh it will take 2 days to change back, then I would have to reapply for the family again.
so I said ok, please do that and when I know its changed back I will reapply for family.
Well 2 days is up and still no change, and so I ring 777 again, seems it will take 3 to 5 working days, so I said oh by friday this week, and another girl goes oh may, could be there abouts.
You know I can understand making a mistake, and all but why couldnt that first woman say oh look you have family too this new plan doesnt go with family.
Or why does it take so long to change back, she didnt say this when she first said oh it will cost you nothing to change back if you decide the new plan isnt for you?
Ok I know its near xmas, I know vodafone get silly people like me doing stupid stuff but hey stop doing the big huffs in my ear, makes me what to change providers, makes me want to advise me friends to change providers, makes me want to scream . BIG sigh, ok thank you for reading this feel better now its all out lol
