Ok Nitrotech...how do i check in to the online usage meter. I go to My Vodafone, and under Billing and Usage, it just has a price/spend of what I've used on this billing cycle. I cant find the usage meter no matter how hard I look. I went to Help and Support/Internet. i typed in 'Usage Meter' in the search bar, and it comes up 'nothing found'. I scrolled through every page of possible questions...looking for "How do i access the Usage Meter' -Nothing. This must be deliberate on the part of Vodafone to allow people to make the mistakes that i have made. currently i am being billed now for $433.00 for the last month. Despite it supposedly being wiped...its gone up over $100 in the last week. Any feedback will be appreciated. this is a diabolical way to treat customers.

Sorry I didn't see this question until now.

Log into my vodafone, click the link up the top of the screen that says manage my account then pull down the drop down that says 'available credits' and you'll see your current usage.

Because the insurance usage meter doesn't work you need to click the link on the left that says ';view data details' and then select the dates to your billing period and that will give you your data usage.

Hope that helps

Well seems that my vodafone has not been fully fixed. Was working when I still had some "free anytime MBs left (3072MB=3GB) bus as soon as I was into my "free anytime bundle insurance MBs" (3072MB) it stopped working. Still shows 3072MB remaining on bundle insurance but I know this is wrong! If I click "view data details" after a long wait it says service not available please call 080080021 or 777. Which I have done 3 times now and after waiting for  customer service to check it out have been cut off and told thank you for calling Vodafone!!! Have tried to email them but just got an email back saying:

"The best way to manage your data spend would be to register for My Vodafone online. This will ensure you are provided with an accurate up to date data spend per month.

Should you have any questions relating to My Vodafone, feel free to call us on 0800 800 021 and we will advise you on your options."

Don't want a repeat of last months $415 bill!! (Which after many phone calls the extra charges for data have been dropped)

Have tried texting bal to 777 and just get a reply saying I have 0MB left (but am sure I have not used 6GB)

Does any one have any ideas what to do next??....am using an prepaid T-Stick right now so as to be sure I don't get a crazy bill but this seems crazy! Am ready to give up and sign up to an telecom mobile data plan....

all answers are on the vodafone forum under mobile and then mobile broadband I will link to it when on laptop fix is now in place for checking insurance bundle by sms you just have to wait for your bill cycle date to tick over this month
