on 4/04/11 i sent a txt to get double my minutes
and got a text this and i still have not got my double minutes

Same thing happened to me last time, I don't believe I got the double minutes.

Have a read through this http://help.vodafone.co.nz/app/answers/detail/a_id/13141 it depends on your billing date.

Give them a call on 777 and they will be able add them on - though it should have been automatic

I called them he told me to wait 24hrs for it to be added

In that case, I won't expect mine to be added on time then (13th May), will see what happens.

Got a text from Vodafone about half an hour ago saying:

[i]"Congratulations! Your double minutes have now been applied for you to talk it up over the next 3 months. To check how many minutes you have just text BAL to 777"[/i]

Did that and got a reply text which only showed my basic Anytime minutes, nothing about doubled. Check in My Vodafone and the same – only basic minutes, nothing about doubled.

G'day Chris

Thanks for your offer of help.

Your offer must have scared Vodafone's computer systems ;-)

As I was typing up the email just now I pinged again saying the double minutes have been applied. Text from 777 and the double minutes now come up. Also checked on My Vodafone and through the iPhone app and both also now show the double minutes so looks like problem solved.
