Hi,  I just got a door to door guy stop and ask me to join.

For once the pricing was competitive to orcons for the amount of data I use.   I had a horrific time with orcon early on but it's been reasonable for a long time.  I still have problems that irk me from timie to time  like needing to reboot the modem a bit too often and they seem to kill my connection a lot of night just past midnight.

I get about 10-12 Mbit connection and can manage a consistent 1MB/s download speed most of the time.

Still, I wonder if I am getting all of what I could get.   I don't know much about TC, I dont know where their exchange is or if I could get a better connection speed.

I do games too so ping is a consideration.   It doest have to be perfect but I dont want a recognised as crappy ping.

Any thoughts about if I should jump over and try them for a bit?   If I can only expect to get what I do already then there is nothing compelling to make the move.

thanks!

Don't worry. I thought about it and figured it would be too risky, At best I would probably only get a marginal increase and at worst, well.. I would wish I had never moved.

The offerings are too close to try it out.
