I've suddenly been getting a rash of bounced/undeliverable emails that I didn't send. Computer is clean according to MSE and Malwarebytes, haven't been to any dodgy websites or opened any dodgy emails lately.

I presume someone is spoofing (I think is the term) my email address and there's nothing I can do about this?

That sounds about right. :(

Could also try ComboFix to see if that finds anything - I've found it very good in the past for finding and killing rootkits.
