Oooh - I forgot about black pudding (I guess it's not strictly offal) I looove black pudding. White pudding too in Ireland.

 

 A proper 'full English' brekky must include black pudding - and a 'full Irish' has both black and white.

The Full English. Black pudding, beans, chips, tea, bread, fried bread, lard, fried lard, fried tea, fried beans, bacon, lard, fried lard, beans, white pudding, mushrooms, eggs (fried), butter and marzipan.
