Just watched Get Him To The Greek. Bad movie, 1 out of 5. Only marginally watchable, laughed half a dozen times but the rest was bordering on ridiculous.

Also watched Get Him to the Greek and yeah it was average I do think i laughed a bit more than a few times as my sense of humour is rather warped but certainly this could have been a lot better as there was more than one scene that was quite disturing i'll ive it 2.5 stars outta 5.

Get him to the Greek was great! I'd rate it 4/5.

The latest movie I've see was Wall Street 2.

I would only recommend it if you are having trouble sleeping. It was incredibly slow and the story was oh so predictable - except for the dumb guy beside me who only managed to keep one step ahead of the plot when the rest of us were at least two steps ahead.

The Other Guys, i usually hate both the lead actors but the film was hilarious , maybe not everyones cup of tea but the argument about who would win in a fight , Tuna or a lion is a highlight

Common sense is not as common as you think.

I watched Avatar The Last Air Bender. I suppese for fans of the tv show they might like it, but for me I found it quite boring and drawn out.

The actions scenes were not too bad but with most of the bending whether it be of air water fire or earth it just took way to long (as in 5 - 10 seconds worth of doing hand and body gestures for them to cast it really made me think by that time if we were fighting for real i probably would have shot you or beat you down whilst waiting for my enemy to cast something.

2 outta 5 stars.

Mr Nobody (2009)

IMDB Trailer

A good movie, but way too long. Would be better if it was about 30mins shorter, as the 2nd half seems to drag a lot. Only watch it if you have a good attention span, and a lot of time to kill. It's a clever movie, but has a below average entertainment value. Don't watch it if you're feeling tierd, as you will probably fall asleep. 8/10

Capitalism: A Love Story by Michael Moore. Definitely opened my eyes on the way the corporates work on Wall Street. Some absolutely disgusting practices.

Great doco/movie though!

The Prestige is a great movie also must say I enjoy the Michael Moore documentries. I think although obviously quite biased (as are what the people he's reporting on would have us believe in their favour) they are still very good. I would recommend to anyone Bowling for Columnbine.

Also on my last post forgot to mention I watched Nightmare on Elm Street the new rendition have to say it was not as bad as i was expecting and thought it was quite good. 3.5 Outta 5.

Just got back from watching Tomorrow When The War Began and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I did think it looked good from the preview / trailer I saw last time I went to the movies (Sorcerors Apprentice).

I would actually recommend this to anyone who if you can get past the fact that pretty much the entire acting esemble are teenagers then you will enjoy this movie. I have not read the book (or books i really have no idea if there was more than one book) it was based on so can't say if it remained true in that aspect but I can say it is close to being one of the best movies i have watched in recent times.

4 outta 5 (possibly would have rated it more if it wasn't full of Aussies hehe).

Watched The Other Man ( last night. Not bad, certainly not deserving 5.5/10 as IMDB says, but I wouldn't give it more than 6.5/10.

Almost a direct to DVD movie - if it wasn't.

Came across it while browsing "New Releases $8" at Video Ezy but didn't rent it. Lter found out on iTunes it is actually a 2008 release, available for US$0.99... And then we decided to watch it.

Watched Primer, and boy did it screw my head around. I'll rate it once I understand it fully. Which will probably require a few more screenings.
