@networkn was correctly pointing out that the button on the Skybox doesn't activate the memorial service of Sir Michael Hardie Boys.

Why does it always seem to get windy/rainy whenever I have the urge to go paddleboarding or mountain biking?
Does the world want me to remain fat and stationary?

Funny, I was just thinking that. It's been beautiful all week and I decided I'd head to red beach tonight for a bbq event that is happening, lo and behold rain and wind packs in. There goes the plan of throwing a frisbee or rugby ball with the kids!

The next generation Mitsubishi Triton has 7 terrain modes.

Is one of them "potholes"?

How did I manage to bust my toe on the leg of the couch when it's recessed under the couch and only about 2" high?

I've done that on my kitchen island bench top once or twice, and golly gosh that hurts!

It's certainly gone a nice shade of purple.

On the plus side, it no longer looks like it belongs to a chimpanzee.

None to spare - all available cones are out on NZ roads.

3.30 in the afternoon on a Friday and Chorus are outside digging a large, messy, deep hole in the berm next to our house. There’s a fault next door they say. Why do I suspect we will have no internet for the entire weekend because it’s late Friday, even though they assured me it shouldn’t affect mine. Shouldn’t or won't affect I ask.
