Really? EDIT: Noticed they also apparently broke a krone in the cabinet (generally due to incorrect tools) and not fixed some corroded wires... Presume they are new on the job but they need to get some training and learn to take pride in their work!


They once installed UFB for one of my customers, connected the neighbors instead of my customers meaning the customers neighbors got free 100mbit UFB for about a week until I shut it off. Tried charging again for a new install saying I wrote the address wrong on the form but the "proof" they sent back was in fact the correct address :/

Hard to believe the neighbour didn't say anything during the entire install, and also how did they get the modem? I can understand Chorus getting the wrong address, but the RSP as well? Were they both with the same provider?
