(I don't see an Actrix forum here and am not an Actrix customer - please move if appropriate.)

My partner has been trying to email someone on Actrix but is getting a reply from procmail which looks like Actrix disk is full. As tech support for the world (at my house) it's my job to resolve issues beyond my domain, pay grade, etc etc.

<REDACTED@actrix.co.nz>: can't create user output file.

Command output:
procmail: Error while writing to     "/net/shaun-a/files/home/r/e/REDACTED/Maildir/tmp/1406420858.798_0.nosecone"
Final-Recipient: rfc822; REDACTED@actrix.co.nz
Original-Recipient: rfc822;REDACTED@actrix.co.nz
Action: failed Status: 5.2.0 Diagnostic-Code: x-unix; procmail:
Error while writing to     "/net/shaun-a/files/home/r/e/REDACTED/Maildir/tmp/1406420858.798_0.nosecone"

Actrix network status page says "all sweet bro" - https://www.actrix.co.nz/network-status

I
s this just a super ugly "mailbox full" error, a temporary issue on Actrix end, or something rotten with the account?

(I am familiar with the dark magic of procmail. I just want to know if this issue was resolved already, or put it on Actrix radar, or otherwise have done my part to restore the balance of all things & keep my loved one happy and able to deliver emails about kids' dance classes.)

That would be a level up on my ISP's policy - report in on problems once resolved, provided marketing department give approval ;)

Hi all,

Network operations has confirmed this issue appears to be user-specific and very well may be related to a mailbox full error.

As specific user information would be required to investigate further, please contact support@actrix.co.nz or ring 0800 228749 between 8am and 10pm and we'll be delighted to assist.

Regards,

-- Actrix Networks Limited
